Only Way To Survive This Rangers/Caps Series Is To Drink Through It - Game 1 Viewing Party At Saloon Tonight

People have been asking me who I’m rooting for in this series. Do I root that weasel Nate and the Capitals? Do I go to the dark side and root for the Rangers to eliminate the team that ended the Isles season? And the answer is I root for booze. Thats the only real winner here.

Of course I’m pulling for the Capitals here, because fuck the Rangers. As awful as the Caps fan base is, the holier than thou, delusional Rangers fans who walk around acting like an NHL dynasty because they “make the playoffs” a lot is infinitely worse. But I would like it to go 7 so that I can milk Saloon for all the cheap alcohol you can imagine.

We’re doing another 4+ hour open bar for $45 tonight. Unlimited beer, wine and premium liquor from 5:30 to end of game. If you cant get there before 7:30, theres a $35 option to go from puck drop to final whistle. But drinking from 5:30 to like at least 9:30 for $45 is insane.
